Sherry was a really sweet girl. Cute, too. I believe she liked me for some goofy reason. She'd wait outside my class and then carry my books to the next one. I probably should have told her we were doing that backwards but she seemed so happy. I hope she had a really good life.

Sherry was a dear, sweet friend of mine. We would always laugh when we were together. I will miss never seeing her or hearing her sweet voice again.

Sherry was a life-long friend who will always be missed. She always had a sweet demeanor and was loyal to the bone. I remember her first day at Black Junior High. She had just moved from Dallas and did not know a soul. I smiled, introduced myself, and we were friends from that point on.  (5/27/14 - You will always be missed, dear friend. Every January 7, your birthday, I think of you and say a little prayer for your sweet soul.

Sherry was in  Mrs. Wilburn's homeroom at Black.  She was a bit quiet but so very nice.  I think that she had a birthday swim party at her home and I was just so excited to be at a home that actually had a swimming pool!  I have only wonderful, warm memories of Sherry. I pray for the peace of God for her family.

Sherry was a wonderful friend.  I met her at the same time Dorothy did.  We all had many great times.  Oh the memories of Mrs. Wilburn's room.  Through the years, I have kept the fun times in my heart.  Your never forgotten Sherry.

Sherry, there isn't a holiday season that I don't think of you and your family. Rest in peace, dear friend.
