I just saw your reply about the Girl Scout cookies going from 50cents a box when we were scouts to over $6.00 today. Not such a Great economy as some are saying. More like hyperinflation. Maybe our dollars would be worth more if we produced more here (i.e., big boost in industrial/agricultural employment). We import more food than we produce!

I’m trying to post a photo for you of me and my dad, I think from the early to mid 2000’s. I don’t think it worked. … Ah, Victory!

Here is a shot from a couple of years ago of me and my family: Front left, Jeff, my youngest's husband, and on the right, my brother Leonard (who I think graduated from Reagan HS before Waltrip was built) and his daughter Michelle; 2nd row, my eldest's husband, Ricardo and I; back row, daughter Leah, my husband, Ron and daughter, Robin (also the tallest amongst us!). My brother, who was visiting, took us all in a van to Galveston where he got his MD at UTMB, which is also where Robin did research on Malaria (She still does that, but elsewhere).
