In loving memory of our dear classmate

Annittia Christine Egerton Edmiston
November 22, 2019 - February 22, 2019

Annittia Christine (Chris) Edmiston passed away peacefully in her cozy Bellville, TX home Friday, Feb. 22, 2019, at 70 years of age.  She is survived by her older sister, Elizabeth Jean (Betty) Johnston, of Murfreesboro, TN, her younger brother, Raymond Egerton, of Bellville, TX, and her nieces and nephews (Tony Johnston, Karen Berg, Steve Brooks, Debbie Brooks, Gary Brooks, David Brooks, Rhonda Egerton, Mark Egerton, Jacob Egerton, and Justin Egerton).  She is mourned by a number of loving friends and neighbors as well. 

While living in Houston, TX, she worked at Armco Steel for a significant amount of time.  After moving to Sealy and Bellville, TX, she worked at Bellville Primary School, Bellville Hospital, Micheles Jewelry, Brenham Clinic, and O’Bryant Pharmacy.  She was a loving daughter and mother to her only child, Kelly Curtin, who passed away 33 years ago.  After cremation, she will be laid to rest next to her daughter in the Sealy Cemetery.

There will be no funeral or graveside service but a Celebration of Life for her will be held on Fri., Apr. 26, 2019 from 4-7 pm at her home (505 S. Holland, Bellville, TX).  In lieu of flowers or other signs of respect, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association (www.Alz.org/tribute) in honor of her sister, Betty Johnston, are solicited.

I liked Christine a lot. She always seemed to be happy and have a sparkle in her eyes. A really sweet person.

So right, Tom.  Can anyone remember Christine when she didn't have that big beautiful smile?  I sure cant.

Chris was always such a friendly person. And yes, she did have a great smile.
