Frank L. Romano died Monday, September 3, 2018. His services will be at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church (2600 Brinkman Street, Houston 77018). The Rosary will be at 10:00 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. There will be a reception following the Mass.
