James L. Rutledge, 66, was born January 4, 1947 to Lynn Burton Rutledge and Goddie Mae Walker Rutledge in Houston, TX and passed away June 10, 2013 in Katy, TX. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Eva Wagley Rutledge; his three children, Glen Rutledge and wife Shelli, Nicole Smith and husband Robert, and Rainie Rutledge. Other survivors include his grandchildren, Nick, Shailey, Taylor, Danielle, Alyssa; his brother Ben Rutledge and wife Kristie and his aunt Margaret Rutledge. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Janet Palmer.
