After teaching junior high Language Arts for 4 years in Corpus Christi and Houston, I married Carl and began to move. We lived in Richardson and Odessa, Texas, Rome, New York, Philadelphia, Marlton and Mantua, New Jersey, and then 17 years in New Orleans, Louisiana. Carl retired in 2002 and we moved to the Village of the Hills near Lakeway, Texas. We play golf and tennis and enjoy our family and friends. It's good to be back in Texas, but we're hoping to get our sons closer to us. Grant lives in Boston and Austin in in New Orleans.
Well, several years have passed since the first paragraph of this post, and neither son has moved to Texas. They have both married. Austin married Christian in 2013 and still lives in New Orleans. They have a 15 month old son, Vincent, that can do the cutest things! Grant married Laura in 2014 and they have moved to Chicago. Life is really good!

Linda, thanks for the sweet birthday wishes! I did have a great day. I am looking forward to seeing everyone whenever we can get together again. I have missed those chances to catch up with you.
