Summer, 2009 has been great. I broke my right wrist on St. Pat's day, had a plate and 3 pins added to my body, and am back playing golf. It would seem that my 3rd year of anger management has finally taken hold with my golf endeavor. My husband actually enjoys playing with me and I am very blessed to be able to swing my clubs.

January, 2010. Happy New Year. June 1,2010 is my offical retirement date...

It wasn't funny. We played a football game at College Station my senior year. I was the Censor in the Guard....supposedly knowing what to do to take care of the team when various health issues occured during the game. Remember how hot fall is in Houston. And, we were in our wool uniforms....wonder who made that intelligent decision. After we drilled, half the team either passed out or were close. I remember trying to get to each girl and ended up either going into shock or having heat issues myself. Had to sit out the next week's game. It's very scary seeing friends and acquaintences passing out, throwing up, etc. Not funny...;-)
