Many many prayers for you today, Linda.  I know you have many praying warriors for you, as I can also relate to the power of prayers with my journey at M.D. Anderson.

Love Hugs, J

Linda, so glad you reached out to our classmates for their prayers. I have been and will continue praying for you.

I encourage our classmates to add Linda to your church prayer lists and chain prayer groups. God answers prayers and the more people praying for Linda the more powerful they are.

Faith and Prayer are two of the most powerful forces in the universe.  With so many caring prayers from your fellow classmates, you should enjoy a speedy and complete recovery.  God is with you, Linda, and so are we.

We are praying for guidance for the doctors and for your patience and peace while they are looking at your test results.  I am looking forward to your smiling face and big laugh at the reunion.  Hang in there knowing that so many people are praying for you and that your faith will keep you close to the Father and his healing!

Linda, just a quick note to let you know that MD Anderson is one of the best places on the planet for medical issues like yours.  My wife's cousin, Diane Talley, has her story on the Cancer Centers website.  She had one of the works, most aggressive (and BIG) cancer tumors I had ever heard of.  We gathered and prayed in our living room and now she's totally cancer free and so active I can't keep up with her.  Here's her story:

I hope this gives you the faith and comfort that we all love you and you are receiving the best care possible.

Sandy, that's a photo of me and my wife, Beverly, when we went to a 50's costume party.  I know, I looked pretty goofy but, hey, we won the trophy.  I use it for a door stop, now.

Hey, are you the same Sandy Spears who used to be my neighbor on Saxon Drive?  Had a brother Dusty and big ole poodle dog?

Linda just to let you know I've been praying for you and will continue.

I will not be able to be at reunion, I just moved back to Alaska 2 months

ago. Majority probably don't remember me , wish I could be there.

Have a great time and hope to see some awesome pictures of the

event.

Hey, Roger! Yes, Dusty and Nicky (the dog). That dog caused Dusty to miss the bus to school many times. Looking forward to seeing you. You'll have to fill me in on your sisters.

Hey, Bonita! I remember you. Where are you in Alaska?

08/19/15 09:59 PM #1540

Bonita Jo Windham (Hickman)

Sandy I am in Anchorage. I've lived here 33 years. I retired from the Army and Air Force Excange and decided to move back to Texas in Aug 2012. But decided Alaska was my home, since my daughter and granddaughter were here and moved back up,

I am also looking forward to this reunion.  I have not been to a single one since it seems we were always a distance away when the others took place.  I have not been back to Houston in over seven years so should be interesting to see all the changes.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone!

Lynda, I am saddened to hear about your Mother. Our mother's used to play bridge together for years when we lived on Chantilly and Cheshire.  She was always so pleasant and so proud of her family. Your mom and Dad were such a cute couple! Wonderful people !
